Efosa (KC) is a strategic management alumni of the University of Toronto, where he now supports the formation of the Black Entrepreneurs Program. He has experience with using technology to create social impact, impact investing, and venture building.

At the moment he guides startups on their technology strategies and digital transformation journeys with Dell. He also started and leads the African Impact Initiative, which invests in young African innovators. Along with these, he leads community outreach for Dell Canada's Corporate Social Responsibility Team & Dell Canada's Black Networking Alliance.
