Po On is an Innovation and Partnerships Professional, working at Twitter in San Francisco and volunteering as Global Chair for TwitterAsians. She has held various Business Development roles in Government, Non-for-Profit and Academia and served as Vice-Chair with the largest Young Professionals Business Organization and Women in Tech groups back in Canada. She believes in ongoing professional/personal development and is passionate about building communities and ecosystems. As a result, she was the Founder of a Young Professionals event series designed to help her peers with their own personal development while enabling meaningful connections. She was also excited to build a social impact fashion start-up as Co-Founder, to encourage women to be part of the slow fashion movement and support them in their own entrepreneurial pursuits. She remains immersed in the social impact community and regularly speaks/moderates panels with other Founders and Investors in FemTech, Diversity + Inclusion, Sustainable Fashion and Beauty Technology. Fun fact: She is a competitive athlete (Women's Bodybuilding) and loves teaching others the power of fitness and how that has transformed her outlook.
